Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is $5.99 for an order with one piece and free for orders with two or more pieces. You will see the exact shipping cost in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Every order is packed in a gift box with a card for your handwritten message, at no extra cost.

30-day returns

If your bracelet isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and sent back in their original packaging. To start a return, message us through our contact form with your order number, and we will send you the return address and the next steps.

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show the refund.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

One free size exchange

If the size doesn't fit, we will exchange it once, free of charge. Message us through our contact form with your order number and the size you need.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
